More about our weekends

Hectic schedules, lack of time for oneself and demanding work can leave many people with a great need to get away. Others feel the need to make fresh connections with themselves or with like-minded people in an accepting and joyful space.

On our weekends, we don’t tell you what you can eat or drink, and there is no pressure to attend every session or walk. Our weekends are not health retreats; they are designed to be lovely weekends away from your normal routine, experiencing beautiful places, meeting new people and going home feeling calm and clear minded.

To us, wellness is not about ice baths and lentils! We believe that fundamental to wellness is prioritising time for yourself away from everyday problems and experiencing calmness and beauty.

We run special interest weekends as well as weekends that are focussed on walking/hiking only. The walking only weekends are awesome for couples and groups of friends but also for single people who would like to walk with others but are happy to have their own time in the evenings. We organise the guided walks, great accommodation, breakfasts and lunches. We walk together as a group by day, and in the evenings you are free to eat where you like, catch a show, watch a movie in your room, whatever takes your fancy!

Our special edition weekends often include more group activities and some of them include all meals, making them great for people who come along by themselves or for groups of friends who want to just turn up and everything is already organised for them!
