A couple of times a year, we run lovely, relaxed yoga and hiking weekends. They aren’t like lots of other yoga retreats – you can still have wine, chocolate and coffee, in fact, you can do whatever you like! The weekends are designed to give people a break away from their usual routine and experience a weekend of relaxation, fun and beauty.
Our yoga sessions are run by our skilled and dynamic yoga teacher, Ky Dobrowolski. Ky has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and is a trained remedial massage therapist. She is a member of Yoga Australia and the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.
People of all levels are welcome on our retreats, from first timers to old timers! Our yoga sessions are designed for people who’ve never done yoga before, however those who have done a lot of yoga have told us they have thoroughly enjoyed the restorative and relaxed state Ky has helped them to achieve. Ky is great at adapting her yoga sessions to the abilities and experience of those within her classes. Ky’s yoga focus includes the Restorative and Hatha styles of yoga.
You don’t need to bring any yoga equipment or wear “yoga clothes”, just comfortable and stretchy clothing.
