This weekend is designed for women who crave an active getaway but may not necessarily be part of the yoga culture! Our weekends are relaxed, gentle, non-competitive, and fun. There’s no need to have any experience with yoga or hiking. There’ll be no chanting and yes, you are allowed to have coffee and wine! The weekend includes:
- two nights accommodation in a 4 star hotel room with ensuite – no sharing with someone you don’t know
- 2 breakfasts
- 2 lunches
- a pelvic floor masterclass (who doesn’t need this)!
- 3 yoga sessions (you don’t need to know how to do yoga, the sessions are gentle and restorative – everyone always loves them)!
- 3 moderate grade bushwalks 2 to 4 hours each
- dedicated time to yourself
- a goody bag
- Optional extra in-room one hour massages are available
This weekend includes breakfasts and lunches, but dinners will be your own choice – allowing you to have some free time and to dine wherever you want (staying in with room service and a good book or movie is absolutely fine)! An important part of this weekend is to give women some time to themselves, as well as some fun group activities.

Book NowPlease note: for this weekend there is a very small amount of self-transfer (driving to the start of walks and back at the end of the walks). The total kilometres for the whole weekend will be no more than approximately 15 kilometres. The walks are very close to the hotel but it’s quicker to drive to the start point so we save time for other things! If you come by train, it’s no problem, you can jump in with us! Please be aware that no responsibility will be taken by Blue Mountains Tracks if your car is damaged during these short drives (very unlikely)! This arrangement helps keep our costs down and therefore keeps our prices down for you.
